Two of the Burial Items Found at Sutton Hoo

The items which would have been used in the settlements which lined the Deben valley 1200 years ago would have been similar to those found at Burrow Hill. These  items are in stark contrast to the richly decorated objects found in the Royal burial chamber at Sutton Hoo.
